Pickle in my Pocket
This is your jazz number. Pickle In My Pocket is one of our goofiest songs. It’s about all of the silly food items some kids find in their pockets after they have been sneaking food away…and then we’ve extended that to just be plain silly!

Dance Instruction
Tessa demonstrates how to teach and use this dance.
This one has a lot of potential to be really silly in class and really have a lot of fun yourself. You’ll notice we use alliteration, rhyming and other word plays here – Pickle/Pocket, Spaghetti/Shoe and other relationships (“Macaroni on my Elbow” which, for those of you unfamiliar with it, is of course a play on a type of pasta shape called elbow macaroni).
