Nutrition
Tummy Tickler
This is your warm-up number. You should perform this at the beginning of each lesson to get the kids stretched out and their muscles warmed up. Use this to highlight the lessons and sign language, and get the kids thinking about the muscle of the month, which is our Abdominals. Warm up your muscles slowly so that you don’t hurt them. You can have fun with this one of course, because your abdominal muscles are around your stomach, giving you lots of opportunities for silly poses.
